Are you tired of having to add each of your friends or family’s e-mail addresses, one by one, when you’re wanting to write to everyone at the same time? For IncrediMail users, the solution is easy. Simply create a new group, similar to creating a new contact, in your IncrediMail Address Book.
To create a new e-mail group, click Tools on the main screen of IncrediMail, then click Address Book. (If you don’t see Tools, click Menu in the top right corner.) You can also click Contacts in the left column of the main screen.
In the box that pops up, click the New Group button at top.
In the next box, for Group Name, type whatever title you’d like to give the group.
In the same box as above, click the button to “Select from List,” then click Add next to each email address you want in the group.
Click OK for both boxes, and you’re done.
Another option is to create a new group by clicking Reply to All on an e-mail that includes all of the addresses you want in your group. In the “To” field, click the words “Create Group” (to the far right). Name the Group, then click OK. Very simple, and a lot faster.
Once you’ve created your new group, you will be able to send e-mails to everyone in your group just by clicking the name of the group in your Address Book. If you frequently send e-mail to the same people, you’ll find this to be a great time saver.
